Hammond Realty has teamed up with Berlinic Auctions Ltd. to add another service to their list of options for clients.
In 2014 discussions began about adding an auction component to the extensive list of service options Hammond Realty provides for their clients. Having Wade Berlinic as an associate broker presents a tremendous opportunity as he has 14 years of experience in the auction industry. After reasearching the options and possibilities we decided in November 2016 that providing auction services is something we wanted to pursue, and we have taken steps to do exactly that. Berlinic Auctions Ltd. was incorporated by Wade & Leah Berlinic.
Both Hammond Realty and Berlinc Auctions Ltd. are owner operated companies. The extra care and personal service provided through this relationship is second to none!
The combination of Hammond Realty's existing presence and leadership in the agriculture real estate market and the ability to sell farmland via auction services through Berlinic Auctions Ltd., provides a selling platform for farmland owners in Saskatchewan previously not available to them. We are excited about this new service and anticipate great things now and into the future.
We envision holding auction "Events" that create an exciting atmosphere encouraging open friendly interaction between the Auctioneer and Hammond Realty agents with the Buyers prior to the start of the auction, continuing throug the auction and competion of the Farm Contract of Perchase and Sale at the end of the Auction.

Combined Live & Online Auction

Multi Seller Combined Live & Online Auction

Offers Multiple Seller’s the option to combine their land into 1 large auction.

Possibly for a group of Seller’s in a particular area. Auction to be held in the local Community Hall or at one of the farms in a large Quonset or Shop.

Possibly for Sellers’s with land spread throughout the Province with the Auction held in a central location like Regina or Saskatoon.

Seller’s will all benefit from sharing the cost of putting on this type of Auction.
